With over twenty (20) years of professional experience working overseas in the field of medical and nursing
care, accounting and contracts, the idea of serving individuals and families and business community by
connecting them through gainful employment was conceived.
Since 1998, a business partner then incorporator of Advent Manpower has been involved in the recruitment of
nannies and care-givers, providing individuals and families with the help and care they need. With both
partner’s joint effort and careful planning, recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled workers was added.
Advent Manpower was incorporated in February 2007 to provide recruitment and job placement services through
local and overseas recruitment.
Their actual involvement in those needed services, the understanding about the need of both employer and
employee, the experience and the knowledge gained in a multi-cultural work environment and the passion to
